Can I book multiple units at the same time?

Yes, you can book multiple units for the same dates or different dates as needed.

How far in advance can I book a rental unit?

You can book rental units up to 12 months in advance, depending on availability.

What is the minimum age to book?

You must be 18 years or older.

Can I make a booking for someone else?

Yes, definitely! Just let us know the name and contact information of the guest who will be staying.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact times.

How do I check-in to my rental unit?

You will receive detailed check-in instructions 24hrs before your arrival. The process will be a self-check-in, providing you with all the information you need to access the property seamlessly.

Is there a contact number for assistance during check-in?

Yes, our guest support team is available from 9:00AM to 12AM  to assist you.

Yes, all our rental units include linens and towels.

Is Wi-Fi available in the rental units?

Yes, all our rental units offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

Are pets allowed in the rental units?

Yes, there is a $75 pet fee for up to two pets. An additional $75 will be charged for a third pet. (maximum of 3 pets)
